Fall Festivals for 2016

It's time for fall.  Yes, that season when your friends in other areas of the country are waxing poetic about crisp mornings and the changing colors of leaves.  Here in Houston, not so much, but that doesn't mean we can't still pretend and have fun.

 Here are a list of upcoming fall festivals.  Take a picture with a pumpkin and share on Facebook.  You don't have to tell them that carved pumpkin molds in a day.

The Muenster Oktoberfest

Date & Time: Saturday, October 22nd from 10:00 am to midnight and Sunday, October 23rd from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Admission: $5 per day. Children 8 & under are free.

Enjoy great German food, entertainment and more at the Muenster Oktoberfest. If you are of a more active bent, run "The Wurst Race" - 5k and Half Marathon on Saturday, October 22nd.
