Mark your calendar for January 23rd, and make plans to attend.  It's time for the AABY Foundation's 2009 Cocktail Party with this year's Honorary Chairman U.S. Congressman Ted Poe.  This event will be held at The Nathaniel Center where you can and are encouraged to bring your pups!

There will be a live and silent auction, with emcee Jill Bagley-Curran as well as, great food by A Grand Affair, music by "These Guys Here" Pet Photos by Charles Falk Photography and mood music by pianist Larry Worhol. The décor will be furnished by Danell's Gifts and Florals.

There are many reasons that residents love living in Kingwood,  however, one of the landmarks that gives the Kingwood community a flavor all its own is Town Center Park.

Located on the Southwest corner of Kingwood Dr and West Lake Houston Parkway, Town Center Park is truly the heart of Kingwood.  

Tucked within a retail and office strip, patrons stroll the park after dining at a Town Center restaurant, take some air while walking their dog, and chat with friends at one of the many community events held at the park throughout the year.

Friendswood Development Company sponsored a party for Keller Williams on Friday evening Dec 19^th in conjunction with the Keller Williams King's Harbor Concert Series.

Over 15 live Christmas trees were brought in and decorated, that, along with giant white bulbs gave the building a lighted livable forest atmosphere.

Event planning by KKB Creative along with catering by a Grand Affair and beverage by CJʼs On The Park added  great food and cheer to the event. The evening was highlighted with feats of magic by Mark Heinrich.  

While it may not be "looking a lot like Christmas," Kingwood residents make up for the lack of snow with plenty of Christmas cheer.

From full blown Christmas festivals, concerts, and nativity displays, there will be plenty of ways for everyone to get into the Christmas spirit.   Santa is scheduled to make appearances all around town, so get your Christmas lists ready.
