Are your closets cluttered?  Is your garage a maze?  Are you thinking about having a garage sale to clear some of it out? Think twice before you do.  Yard sales, garage sales, and estate sales are against the deed restrictions in most of the Kingwood Villages.   That doesn't mean that you're stuck with your stuff though.  There are a number of ways to recycle those unneeded items.

The Kingwood Women's Club will be hosting their 9th Annual Holiday Marketplace & Luncheon Wednesday, November 2nd from 9-5.  Carrabbas of Kingwood will again be catering the luncheon. 

Take advantage of this opportunity to clear your clutter with the City of Houston local drop off opportunity in Kingwood! On August 19 and 26 from 10 am – 2 pm there will be a truck for free drop off in front of the City of Houston building located at 3915 Rustic Woods, one block west of West Lake Houston Parkway.

Neighbors on the Wildridge block in South Woodland Hills gathered on Tuesday, August 2nd, to celebrate National Night Out and to reconnect with neighbors.

Woodland Hills was one of the first Kingwood villages to be developed in the late 70’s, following Trailwood.  Although early residents of the Wildridge block held neighborhood gatherings, the community was fractured after the oil bust of the mid 80’s.  “A lot of people moved away and it was just never the same after that,” explained Sandra Lindsay.
