In celebration of their Grand Opening, Chachi's Bar & Grill will host a Cinco de Mayo Celebration in Town Center Park on Tuesday, May 5th, 2009 from 4:00 am to 10:00 pm.  A wide variety of food will be available and a mariachi band will add to the atmosphere with music through the park beginning at 5:00 pm.

After managing another local restaurant as a partner for a number of years, Chachi's owner Luis Jaime along with wife Kathy decided to open a restaurant on their own. While Hurricane Ike delayed  the opening, it was not enough to hold back their dreams.  As soon as utilities were back online, Chachi's opened its doors.  

"We love participating in the Town Center events and thought our Grand Opening celebration would be a perfect opportunity to sponsor one of our own," explained owner Kathy Jaime.  "We hope everyone will come out and celebrate with us."

Chachi's is located at 4300 Town Center Place.
