Lennar and Meritage Homes have debuted two of their newest models in Oakhurst at Kingwood's Terrace neighborhood. Representing some of the builders' most luxurious and spacious designs, the homes are a part of two new collections of homes now available from each of these highly regarded builders.

Lennar is featuring its Winchester plan, complete with a classically styled elevation, expansive front porch and well-planned interior design. This two-story Winchester combines traditional design with architectural drama with large, open living areas and high ceilings.

The home, with a spacious front study and formal dining room, also features a large private master suite, an oversized island in the  kitchen that opens into a breakfast area and the family room, a> second-floor game room as well as three additional bedrooms and two full baths upstairs, and a three-car garage. The Winchester has a total of 3,380 square feet, four bedrooms and 3 1Ž2 baths and is one of six new designs ranging in size from 2,781 to 3,380 square feet and are priced from the $250,000s.

Next door, Meritage Homes' new Aspen X model is a very livable floor plan enhanced by innovative and vibrant decorating throughout its two stories. With 3,200 square feet and four or five bedrooms, the home is a very livable design, with a two-story entry and a two-story open living room/study and open staircase. The family room also soars two stories and is open to the kitchen with oversized island and breakfast room. The master suite is located in its own wing of the first floor. Upstairs, the Aspen X includes a bridge connecting the wings of the second floor. Girls' and boys' rooms are featured as well as a guest room, a game room and the optional media room which can also be used as a fifth bedroom. The model is one of several new spacious one- and two-story plans priced from the $220,000s.
