The Villas at Kingwood Estate Homes will open its gates June 7, 2008 noon to 9 pm for the Town Center Walk in the Park Music Festival .

Work on the first four Tuscan style 3 story custom luxury villas is not quite complete but the owners wanted to join the community and  be involved with the festival.

Those event goers who purchase VIP tickets to the event will have the opportunity to not only park a short walk from Town Center but will have the option to be conveniently shuttled from the Villas to Town Center and back in The Clubs of Kingwoods unique Red 5-seater golf  carts. 

Mr. Guillermo Herrera, the owner developer of the “The Villas “at Kingwood Estates, has embraced this newest community event and looks forward to being involved  in future Town Center happenings.
