Meet children's book author, Krissy Clowe, on June 25^th from 1-3pm at the new Kingwood Library. She will be reading and signing copies for purchase of her debut picture book, Katie Ling Fashion Queen. 

Katie Ling Fashion Queen is a rhyming, children's book about a seven-year-old's passion for fashion. Katie Ling isn't smitten with ponies like most of the girls her age. Instead, she adores boots, sunglasses and scarves. She may be different than a lot of kids, but she considers herself special, not weird.  

Krissy Clowe, who writes under herfull name, Amberly Kristen Clowe, is a native Texan. She taught second grade inthe Humble Independent School District for several years before staying homewith her son. Krissy currently resides in Kingwood with her husband, son, twodogs and six fish. 

Krissy will also be reading andsigning copies for purchase of her children's book on July 9^th from1-3pm at Kingwood Boutiques next to Chelsea's Deli.
