As part of a planned community, each village in Kingwood has its own community homeowners associations. These Kingwood homeowners associations are responsible for making decisions on the upkeep and management of the village common areas, enforcing Kingwood deed restrictions, and a few organize community events for residents.
Each village homeowners association is also part of a trails association that manages the greenbelt.
The Kingwood HOA's meet monthly. You can check the next meeting for your association on our events calendar.
One of the most confusing things for someone new to Kingwood Texas is knowing who to contact for information. Each homeowners association publishes a newsletter that is distributed to residents. However, mine is only published quarterly and contact information has only been included once in all the time that we've lived here.
