Baby Brandon Brooks is less than four months old, but since doctors diagnosed him with a life-threatening disease, his tiny body has undergone six blood transfusions and countless treatments. On Jan. 30, he was born seven weeks premature to Kingwood parents Mickey and Jimmy Brooks.

Because Brandon's life depends on voluntary blood donations, the public is encouraged to support him at a replenishment blood drive April 30 at Kingwood's Merry Go Round boutique on Woodland Hills Drive.  Learn more about Brandon's story at www.caringbridge.org/visit/brandonnbrooks.
