Money Week Houston is a public awareness campaign designed to help
consumers better manage their personal finances. This is achieved
through the collaboration and coordinated efforts of organizations
across Houston and surrounding areas including businesses, financial
institutions, schools, libraries, community-based organizations,
government agencies and the media.
Money Week Houston is a week-long
celebration of financial education events, seminars and workshops
throughout the greater Houston area from September 14-20, 2008.

Kingwood Women's Club is happy to present their 3rd cookbook, Flavors from the Forest. This book contains 643 of our favorite recipes. Many of these recipes have been Kingwood favorites for years! Photos from our own Kingwood forests, taken by KWC members, grace the cover and divide the chapters in the book.
Cookbooks are $20 and are available at Gayle's Hallmark, Alspaugh ACE Hardware and Atascocita ACE Hardware. Books can be mailed for a $6.95 shipping fee by contacting kwcweb@aol.com.
