Special Note: meeting not on last Monday! Speaker: Daughters of the Republic of Texas, San Jacinto Chapter Volunteers fill a number of roles at Jones Park, from giving children a fun learning experience about nature or Texas history to sharing their talents behind the scenes. If you enjoy the outdoors, like working with people, or have a special skill, consider becoming a Jesse Jones Park Volunteer! Training is provided as needed and no previous experience is necessary. Jones Park & Nature Center, a Harris County Precinct 4 facility under the leadership of Commissioner Jerry Eversole, is located at 20634 Kenswick Drive in Humble. All programs are free of charge and open to the public. Harris County Precinct 4 programs serve people of all ages regardless of socioeconomic level, race, sex, religion, national origin or physical ability.
