Parent Education Training

The Kingwood Health Center will be proving parent education training on Saturdays from 3-4 pm.  The classes are free and open to the public.

Topics will include communication, limit-setting, behavioral contracts and substance abuse issues as well as information on emotional and psychological disorders such as ADHD, depression and bipolar.

The classes are for parents only (no children please) and will be led by a licensed counselor
