The Buffalo Burger at Fuddrucker's is very low fat and really yummy! But you'll have to skip the fries (too bad as they are very tasty) to make it healthy! And their salads are so huge you have to take half of it home! They dropped their salmon burger from the menu and that's a shame because it was SO good.

The new Mexican restaurant Fiesta Azteca, on Lake Houston Pkwy @ Upper Lake Dr. is also very good. Get there early as it gets crowded. Owned by long time KW resident Roberto Garcia - a great guy. The fajitas are very good.

There's always La Madeleine's salads with grilled chicken and fat free dressing. You'll have to forgo the tomato basil soup (I think it has more saturated fat than eating a cup of pure butter) to keep your arteries from clogging on the spot.

I drove by there yesterday around 5:00 pm and the parking lot was packed. There are a lot of restaurants down the Lake Houston Pkwy route that look pretty good (all the way to Beltway 8).

We ate at Fiesta Azteca last night. Had combo Fajatas for 2 and had PLENTY to bring home. Go before 7 and enjoy $2 ritas. So much for being healthy huh? Enjoy! It was the best and most reasonable Mexican Food I've had in ages....
