Good Shepherd Espiscopal Church,

  • In An Advent Who’s Who the Rev. William T. Richter, Jr. will present the major figures, personalities and characters that were a part of the birth of Jesus–Wednesdays at 7:15 p.m., December 2-23.

  • A Kingwood Tradition: Good Shepherd Episcopal Church presents its annual Live Nativity complete with shepherds, angels, wise men and live stable animals on December 18, 19 and 20 with performances at 6:30 and 7:30 p.m.

  • In memory of a traveling carpenter turned teacher who lived 2,000 years ago in a country 7,000 miles away, the Christian community in the Kingwood and Humble areas are commemorating his death and resurrection during Holy Week and  Easter Sunday on April 5th, 2015.

  • A service in the style of Taizé (Teh-ZAY) is offered at 6:30 p.m. on the second Sunday of every month at Good Shepherd Episcopal Church in Kingwood. 

    The Taizé style of Christian worship originated in an ecumenical religious community in the village of Taizé, France. With meditative singing, brief scripture readings, simple prayers, and periods of silence, Taizé helps to quiet the mind, open the heart, and feed the soul.
