The turkey is cooked, the relatives have left, and Black Friday is winding down, but sales and savings are still to be had. On Saturday, November 29th, small businesses around Kingwood and the Lake Houston Area will participate in the American Express Small Business Saturday.
While small businesses make up the life blood of every community, they are often overlooked in the consumer shopping sprees amidst the advertising blasts and loss leaders promoted by commercial giants. Since 2010, American Express has stood behind small businesses, helping them attract new customers in the kick-off to the holiday shopping seasons by sponsoring Small Business Saturday the Saturday after Thanksgiving.
Customers can receive up to a $30 statement credit when shopping at participating small businesses on that day. Wo rehen using a registered American Express card at a participating merchant, the customer will receive a $10 credit. This can be done up to three times.
Whether you need to pick up new tires, shop for a new dress, or pick up some bagels for breakfast, you can save at small businesses throughout the Lake Houston Area.
