Jill Hickman Companies is a full-service leadership consulting firm whose mission is to transform people and business to fulfill greatest potential, achieving success with integrity.  August marks the 14th year for this woman-owned business, but this year, there is even more reason for Jill Hickman to celebrate as her daughter, Cara, joins the firm as Director of Sales and Marketing. 

"My daughter is an amazing individual with incredible energy and creative talent.  She worked for me while going to school, and now, after working in the corporate marketing world, she's ready to jump into the world of entrepreneurship with me," says Jill Hickman.  With Cara joining the team, Jill Hickman Companies can reach more individuals and companies that are looking for the talent edge to become more successful in today's market. 

Cara Hickman graduated from the University of Michigan, entered the sports marketing field and landed quickly with the Houston Texans.  During her Texans tenure, Cara planned four Texans seasons of marketing and advertising campaigns, cultivated strategic community partnerships across Houston and developed Texans and corporate sponsors' philanthropic initiatives into long-lasting community programs.
