Lennar and Meritage Homes have debuted two of their newest models in Oakhurst at Kingwood's Terrace neighborhood. Representing some of the builders' most luxurious and spacious designs, the homes are a part of two new collections of homes now available from each of these highly regarded builders.
Lennar is featuring its Winchester plan, complete with a classically styled elevation, expansive front porch and well-planned interior design. This two-story Winchester combines traditional design with architectural drama with large, open living areas and high ceilings.

With 3,200 square feet and four or five bedrooms, the home is a very livable design, with a two-story entry and a two-story open living room/study and open staircase. The family room also soars two stories and is open to the kitchen with oversized island and breakfast room. The master suite is located in its own wing of the first floor. Upstairs, the Aspen X includes a bridge connecting the wings of the second floor.
