Plans are underway for the First Annual QLS Angel Run and Vegas Fun Benefit to be held on Saturday, October 29th at the QLS Fitness Center in Humble, Texas.
The event will kick off with a 5k Family Fun Run and Costume Parade beginning at 9:00 am. Costume awards will be given in a number of categories. Each child will receive Halloween prizes and adults will receive $150 in chips to spend at the Vegas Night held later that day. There will be a voluntary tax deductible donation to participate in the parade and Fun Run.
Festivities will continue until noon with face painting, pumpkin painting, tattoos, clowns, rock climbing, jump zones, and a haunted house. Jason David Frank of the Power Rangerswill make a guest appearance at the event. Photo opportunities will be available.
The fun will continue from 6:00 pm until midnight with a Vegas Casino night. Admission is $25 per person and includes 2 drink tickets, hors ‘doeuvres, and $250 in casino chips. A wide range of activities will be available including music and dancing, a karaoke bar, as well as casino games such as, Black Jack, Texas Hold’em, Poker, Craps, and Roulette.
A silent auction will be held throughout the evening and prizes will be awarded for the best costume. Complimentary childcare will be provided from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
The proceeds from the QLS Angel Run and Vegas Fun Benefit will be donated to Angel Alliance, Inc. which provides resources and assistance to individuals, families, and communities in crisis while maintaining their sense of dignity and humanity. Angel Alliance is currently helping over 75 families who have been displaced by Hurricane Katrina.

Silent auction items are being solicited and casino table sponsorships are available starting at $500.
