Gather the sisterhood and bring the Queen Mother to put on the glitz and glamour for a Red Hatter’s Birthday Party featuring Moses Rangel and more Wednesday, April 22 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Humble Civic Center, located at 8233 Will Clayton Parkway.
Hosted by Harris County Precinct 4’s Senior Adult Program and Fun4Seniors, this festive event includes an afternoon of traditional country-and-western favorites as well as a lunch of lasagna, green beans, salad, garlic bread, dessert and iced tea from Ben’s Chuck Wagon.
Reserve a ticket or seat on a bus by calling Harris County Precinct 4’s Senior Adult Program at 281-893-3726. A $10 suggested donation is requested within a week of reserving luncheon tickets. Checks are payable to Fun4Seniors and should be mailed to Precinct 4’s Senior Adult Program at 1731 Hugh Road, Houston, Texas 77067.
Transportation from four locations is provided by Precinct 4 for individuals 50 years and better. Departure times and locations include the following:
- Bear Creek Area: Departing at 9:30 a.m. from the Church Without Walls, 5725 Queenston Boulevard, Houston.
- Greenspoint Area: Departing at 9:30 a.m. from Mangum-Howell Center, 2500 Frick Road, Houston.
- Spring Area: Departing at 10 a.m. from Spring Baptist Church, 1027 Spring Cypress Road, Spring.
- Tomball Area: Departing at 9:30 a.m. from Tomball Community Center, 221 Market Street, Tomball.
