Mercer Serves as Unique Lunch Location

Mercer Serves as Unique Lunch Location
Mercer’s monthly Lunch Bunch is open to all park visitors, and attendees are encouraged to bring a sack lunch.

Pack a lunch and head to Commissioner R. Jack Cagle’s Mercer Botanic Gardens in Precinct 4 for a unique lunchtime experience filled with information geared toward plant lovers of all kinds. Instead of dining at the usual corner restaurant or drive-thru, get a breath of fresh air and learn something new and interesting!

The February Lunch Bunch will feature a discussion on landscaping with native trees and plants, led by John Ross, on Wednesday, Feb. 11 from noon to 2 p.m.

Don’t miss this opportunity to learn about local selections that thrive in the Houston area. Save a seat by calling Mercer Botanic Gardens at 281-443-8731 or visit www.hcp4.net/community/parks/mercer for more information.

With leadership from Commissioner R. Jack Cagle, Mercer Botanic Gardens is a Harris County Precinct 4 Parks facility located one mile north of FM 1960 at 22306 Aldine Westfield Road in Humble, 77338.
