On behalf of the 177 Golf Students, their families and friends, the public is invited to participate in the Humble ISD Golf Classic, an annual fundraiser hosted by the golf teams of Atascocita, Kingwood, Kingwood Park and Summer Creek High Schools.
The Classic is a visual summation of what student athletes are taught while actively competing as a team; the traditional rules of golf, fairness, honesty, proper golf etiquette, safety and an obligation to contribute to the care of the course. This value of contribution transcends into the Classic Tournament.
The event draws from the local community to collaborate efforts to offer all participants an exciting professional tournament while meeting the challenges of our players, from the beginner to the experienced golfer.
Save the Date for February 16, 2015! The tournament is traditionally held on a school holiday in February to encourage family participation. This unique opportunity allows for younger players to experience tournament golf should they wish to pursue the sport in HS.
Every golf student within HISD participates in the Classic by either playing or volunteering. Students are encouraged to solicit sponsorships, raffle items, silent auction items and or donations. Students can register as an individual or team.
It is our mission to ensure that the golf programs within Humble ISD continue to grow and remain competitive for our student athletes. This annual tournament aims to raise funds to contribute to the existing Humble ISD Athletic budget’s golf program allocation.

Putting Contest and Vendor Tents begin at 9:30am with the Tournament Event Shotgun Start at 11:30am. Registration includes Range Balls, Lunch, On-Course Activities, Auction, Dinner and Awards Banquet.
